Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the VAH M Plumbing & Heating website or engaging our services. By accessing our website or scheduling a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

VAH M Plumbing & Heating provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Northern New Jersey, including but not limited to:

• General plumbing repairs and installations
• Drain cleaning and sewer services
• Water heater installation and repair
• Emergency plumbing response

All services are performed by licensed and insured plumbing technicians. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service at our discretion.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided for qualifying jobs where a diagnosis is not required. Please note:

• Estimates are non-binding until a written agreement is signed
• Final pricing may vary based on conditions discovered during the service
• Diagnostic fees may apply for certain service calls
• Emergency and after-hours rates may differ from standard rates

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

• Cash
• Check (made payable to VAH M Plumbing & Heating)
• Major credit and debit cards

Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection action. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Our warranty terms are as follows:

• Labor warranty: 1 year from the date of service on most repairs and installations
• Parts warranty: Subject to the manufacturer’s warranty; we will assist in warranty claims where applicable
• Warranty is void if work is altered, damaged, or misused after our service
• Emergency repairs performed under exceptional conditions may carry limited warranty coverage

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or requirement of a prepaid deposit for future bookings.

6. Access to Property

By scheduling a service, you confirm that you are the property owner or an authorized representative with permission to allow plumbing work to be performed. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas where work is needed. VAH M Plumbing & Heating is not liable for delays caused by lack of access.

7. Limitation of Liability

VAH M Plumbing & Heating’s liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including property damage unrelated to our work, loss of income, or business interruption.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use the site for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Not reproduce, copy, or redistribute site content without our written permission

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
